We are Anna and Matt Wood from Hampshire. We will be participating in the Macmillan 4x4 UK Challenge 2010 as Team 31 Muddydux raising funds for the UK's well known cancer support charity. We completed the 2009 Challenge and hope to now raise over £2,000 towards the 2010 fund. With 2 land rovers and an ex SAS range rover we enjoy off-roading at the weekends mainly in Hampshire but also Wales, Lake District and Scotland. Why the challenge??? Both sides of our family and a number of friends have been affected by cancer, we heard of the Mac4x4 from off-roading friends who had taken part in previous years and thought it appropriate to do a challenge in aid of Macmillan.....a bonus it is on 4wheels!
After the experience of 2009 we were keen to be a part of the 2010 Challenge. Over 60 vehicles took part last year and everyone was there for the same reason....to help drive out cancer. This year will see the biggest field yet with 90 vehicles participating.
